Delivery timings - when will I get my order?
Every order will have different delivery timings (it depend on the product and your location). Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order (though could be longer), after which it’s shipped out. Please bear with us - as the print-on-demand nature of the production process (where your item/s are individually made for you as soon as you place an order) means that it takes slightly longer to reach you - but we're confident it'll be worth the wait once your piece of THE GAME OF TWO HALVES® kit arrives and you can use it or wear it with pride!
When placing your order (before you confirm to proceed) you will be given an indication of the shipping timings, from which point you can decide if the timeframe works for you or not. And if not, maybe there's another piece of kit that has better timings for you - feel free to browse the store for more options; we have everything from mugs to water flags, bags, hoodies and t-shirts. And a whole load more to fill your kit bag.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide. So depending on the piece of kit that you order, it will be produced at one of the worldwide print facilities and shipped directly to you from there.
Can I order a piece of kit from outside of the UK?
At the moment, we only deliver to UK locations. This may change in the future, depending on demand. So let us know @ hello@thegameoftwohalves.co.uk if you would like to place an order (and which country/location you are based) and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
My order should be here by now - what should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Track your order via the shipping link you're given when you place your order

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

Ask your local post office if they have your package

Check with your neighbour in case the courier left the package with them
If the tracking link doesn't help you locate your order + the shipping address in the order confirmation email was correct + the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, get in touch with us at hello@thegameoftwohalves.co.uk with your order number. And if you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but in this instance shipping will be at your own cost.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out, so please keep an eye out there as it will be the best and most up to date source of information regarding your order. If after checking your tracking status you still have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us an email at hello@thegameoftwohalves.co.uk and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
